UK APM Measures for Assuring Projects

The UK APM (Association for Project Management) SIG (Special Interest group) for Assurance recently released a mighty 60+ page tome to help project professionals deliver assurance in a more consistent way.

It took about five years to compile and is designed to be used by project teams for self-assessment. As if you didn’t have enough to do.

In my opinion, just another over-kill by the academics. But maybe you can extract a lite version depending on your industry and level of project management maturity.
